Born in Paris in 1845 where he studied under Marius Vassillon who exhibited in Paris and Lyon. Couder exhibited in the Paris Salon from 1869. Titles include Flowers in May 1869, Choice of my Garden 1880, Flowers in June 1885. The museum of Mulhouse owned a picture called Primavere de Chine which disappeared during the war. |
